Exam & Polish
You should have your ocular prosthesis examined and cleaned at least once a year. (Most insurance companies cover twice a year or every 6 months.) During this visit, your prosthesis will be given a high polish to restore its appearance. We’ll also check the fit and adjust it as needed to make sure you’re as comfortable as possible. This appointment will take between 30-60 minutes.
